- If you are a tenant - reviewing the lease and negotiating changes to the lease term.
- Providing you with lease support identifying the important terms and conditions of the lease.
- Liaising with the other side's lawyers on your behalf to finalize the lease. For landlords we also attend the registration of the lease if required.
- If the lease is a sublease then we also review the headlease and assist in obtaining the necessary consents from the landlord.
